Girls in Football is offering members the opportunity to win a FREE copy of ‘Three Lions on Her Shirt’. All you have to do is write something (like ‘yes please!’) below and you’ll be entered in the prize draw.

Packed with inspirational stories and colour photos, Three Lions reveals how Kelly Smith, Faye White, Sue Smith and their team mates overcame all the odds – not just to make it to the 2007 World Cup, but also to become the best players in England.

With many having struggled just to play the game they love, this England team all have a story to tell and you can read them all in Three Lions on her Shirt.

The winner will be drawn at midday on Tuesday 15th December 2009 and announced here.

Good luck!

Me PLEASE! I just googled the book and it looks amazing. There should be more books out there about women footballers, as it’s much more interesting to read about than the men! ;–)

The winner has been chosen!

Congratulations to Emma Baylis, who has won the copy of ‘Three Lions on Her Shirt’ this month. For all those not so lucky, you can still get copies of the book (but you’ll have to pay!) – just go to Amazon and search for ‘three lions on her shirt’. It’s a really inspirational book, and well worth the read.

Thanks to all those who entered, and do keep checking the forums for other competitions.

If I have already won a pair of shinpads, does that mean I won’t win a book…..?

ooops, missed the closing date……

Yep, sorry, closing date was Dec 15th – but for the record, it won’t make any difference what you've won in previous competitions. You can win more than once! The draw is made at random.
